Press Release Body: NoteAmation transforms simple pen and paper into intelligent note taking. Using a digital pen and specially created notes pages, handwritten notes are automatically digitized, cataloged and stored in a central database. Once stored, notes are quickly searchable, easily printed or emailed, effortlessly exported to Microsoft Word or Rich Text Format (RTF) and automatically updated in Outlook 2003 tasks and calendar.
The new release of NoteAmation expands this productivity tool into a productivity suite. It delivers a brand new interface with Outlook style navigation allowing users to work within a familiar environment. It also comes packed with additional features and much more functionality. Users can manage their notes more efficiently with simple folder creation, drag and drop functionality and the ability to attach documents and images to their notes files, to name just a few. Users will further benefit from the integrated Voice- To-Text technology for note creation and appendages.
For enterprise level collaboration, NoteAmation easily integrates with the Rover INK Server, a central database repository. All enterprise members' notes are stored in a single location improving internal collaboration, protecting certain intellectual property and providing a clear migration path for growth.

The NoteAmation v3 product is packaged complete with digital pen, leather pad folio and three sizes of note pads and software licenses with a MSRP of $1,795.00, a slight increase over the previous version, based on the additional Voice-To-Text text feature. As of March 24 2008, NoteAmation v2 will no longer be available through the RTF VAR channel.
